While retaining the original taste and depth of sea urchin, the mouthfeel is very mellow, and we have completed a tasty soy sauce with a moderate sweetness and the aroma of sea urchin that spreads in the mouth later. This is a dashi shoyu style product, its dark colour shoyu texture, with Uni, Katsuo Bushi dashi, mirin and sugar added in. You can use it so many delicious ways, the best is as a sashimi shoyu, or topping over tofu, or Tamago kakeru Gohan Japanese raw egg rice
