– Facial services are only available for ladies
– All facial vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
– Facial vouchers not utilized within validity period will be forfeited
– Strictly no extension of vouchers after validity period
– Appointments made can be rescheduled/ cancelled only once
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
– Failure to provide this notice will be considered a “Last-minute Cancellation”
– Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge for the full session of the appointment.
– A grace period of 10 minutes will be given; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
